Road connections
The Industrial and Commercial Park is located directly on the B 189 highway which leads to Stendal (15 km) and on to the state capital of Magdeburg (70 km). In Magdeburg you can access the autobahns A 2 (Berlin and Hanover) and A 14 (Leipzig). In the northeastern direction, the B 189 leads to Wittenberge and on to the A 24 (Hamburg), E 26 and E 55.
Rail connections
The Industrial and Commercial Park has a direct railconnection to the Stendal station, i.e. to the network of the Deutsche Bahn, with direct connections to Berlin, Wolfsburg-Hanover, Lüneburg-Hamburg, Magdeburg-Leipzig as well as Wittenberge-Rostock.
Elbe Waterway
The site's harbor allows direct waterway connection to Hamburg and the Magdeburg intersection.
